A firm prerequisite to manifesting is to have a DEEP DESIRE for the life that you really want. Decide what you really want in your life and in your lifestyle. What intention are you going to work on today? Speak it outloud and write it down.
Remember the manifesting power is inside of you. You can learn to turn on this part of your brain. To do so, you must reprogram and rewire your neuropathways on a cellular level in the brain.
Yes, it does take work. So, what’s your reason, your “WHY”? Is it in harmony with what God intends for you? There is really no limit to what you can be, do, have in this process of creation with the Lord’s help. Just follow these five steps to make manifesting happen in your life.
Step 1 Focus on what you do want.
A law of physics states: Whatever you focus on expands.
Focus on a clear, explicit goal that excites and motivates you to move forward. Show this goal is very important to you by saying it outloud every day while looking in a mirror.
What do you want to change—relationships? –money status? –housing situation? –a new vehicle? –body transformation? –your soulmate? –a family of children?
You might be saying, “Yes,” to one or two or all the above.
Write the goals which light you up and motivate you to take action. Post them where you can see them. Put them in priority order and focus on one goal at a time until it is achieved.
Vividly imagine working on your current goal every day. Then take the action necessary to make it reality.
Step 2 Boost your energy and emotions.
Generate strong, positive emotions to create dopamine and serotonin. Do this by praying to recreate the feelings when you were thrilled to accomplish a difficult goal. Visualize it happening. Do this just before you take action on each of your new goals in-order-to have positive emotions coursing through your mind.
Visualize accomplishing the new goal in detail. Image yourself successfully bringing it into a flow state. Feel the excitement and passion of achieving it. Feel confident and roll through any challenges—conquering them.
Step 3 Release your negative thoughts
Thoughts holding you back(procrastination, forgetting the goal or not working on it) must be released. Find these blocking beliefs. Visualize releasing them or creating a way through or around them.
Release the attachment to the goal. Do this by adding “or something better” to your stated goal. This lets you see the alternatives God may have that are better.
Release the thoughts you were attached to and reprogram your brain with a new neuropathway. Affirm this new thought every day and you will increase your ability to manifest.
Step 4 Feel Gratitude
Learn to appreciate and be grateful for all you have right now. Affirm you are happy right now with what you have. Expand that happiness by expressing it.
Be grateful for the people you have in your life, the things you have, your health and wellness, and your relationships with friends. This gratitude will attract the people you want to be with. And it will attract God’s help in achieving your goals
Gratitude increases your sense of well-being. Life Is good. You can solve problems. You can feel great, alive, happy, and joyful! Positive feelings enhance the manifesting flow in your life.
Take a moment and write what you are grateful for and why you are grateful each day in your Gratitude Journal.
Step 5 Take Inspired action! Go to work!
Wire the brain to take inspired action. When you follow the previous four steps … you will get inspired ideas—clear and focused direction to do what’s next is always manifested from the Lord. Take the next step and pretty soon you are successfully achieving your dream goals.
Take the next step through the fear that arises and breathe deeply the calming influence when the Spirit assures you you’re on the right path. Just relax and move forward. Show God you are serious and really want this goal.
Wait for the next flash of inspiration. And then, simply do whatever it says to do. Trust your intuition, your inspiration from God.
When challenges arise in this period, it’s often your fear—worrying what could go wrong or overthinking it—not trusting God. Turn away from fear. Just move forward. You can take action every day and receive God’s help.
He who takes one action every day will consistently create whatever he wants in his life. ASK, “What can I do today?” Then do it. And if it requires a lot of time to take the action… buckle down and make it happen!
Manifesting can change anything and everything in your world when done right. Do It right!
