Women, Creating a World of Caring

Who is predominantly buying coaching services?

70% of the people who purchase coaching services are women. Most of them are “moms” and teachers.

Dogs are her caring business.

Another smaller group are professional women. And home-based business women cross all sectors and classes.

What do these women want?

They want real results. Results that elevate them in all aspects of their lives—mother, care giver, wife, community leader, sister, aunt, daughter, and personally in their spiritual, emotional, physical, and intellectual lives.

They want to achieve success while leading a balanced life. They want to make a profound difference in the lives of the people in their sphere of influence.

In order to do this, they know they must become more knowledgeable, wiser in sharing, more empathetic, more competent, care more, be self-actualizing and overcome the emotional and feeling blocks and limiting beliefs in their lives.

Do you have coaching services that deliver solutions they want?

Does your coaching service provide life-changing results in a desired part of their life?

If it does, there are likely many women seeking your service. Position yourself clearly and convincingly, and they will flock to you. Feature your own experience. Show how you overcame your challenges in the problem area you are serving. Attract the tribe that relates to your issues and the solutions you provide.

And you’ll grow your tribe as you successfully meet their concerns and needs. Take them through your program. Help them stay focused and complete your program with an e-newsletter that offers encouragement, helps, and additional tips to persevere and achieve a new life.

As women work through their issues and conquer them, they rise in power and understanding. Within their circles they reach outward, giving and growing relationships to raise their community standards. They express their creativity in real projects that make a positive difference in the lives of others. They want to help others.

So, if your coaching provides authentic programs based on your own experiences of overcoming challenges and obstacles in your life or help raise lifestyle performance in your community, and they have had a positive experience using them, they will refer many people to you.

One of the major internal and external barriers many women face is a low personal self-concept. It’s too often the result of family relationships and community culture in which they were raised. But the reality is that women, like men, are children of our Father in Heaven.

God raised them as spirit beings to expect to become heirs of his kingdom as families. They are both needed in God’s kingdom, since it’s set up for families. He dearly loves his daughters, who are equal in his eyes to his sons. Their roles are needed in His kingdom.

Spiritually and emotionally, women are more in tune to the whisperings of the Spirit. They hear God’s messages far better and more often than his sons. Their personal behavior reflects this. They are more caring, more empathetic, more compassionate, and quicker to help raise the community up.

When women are allowed to flourish and show their love and compassion in their works in their circle of influence in their community, the entire community benefits. They know what their people need. That’s why so many are reaching out to improve their lives by contracting for lifestyle coaching services.

Other women are setting up businesses. Some are using microloans to establish a home-based business and provide goods their community needs. They are successful, pay the loan back and grow the business all while providing commodities wanted in their community. Some are seeing the need to provide services. So they get the training they need to provide a needed service. And since it’s needed, they are successful.

Women start where they are and look around and find the needs of their community. Then they do what they can to fulfill the needs. They may need your coaching services to work on their own inner or outer problems or challenges in-order-to serve their people. Once they “heal” their issues, then they are successful in serving their tribe in their field of expertise, like you are doing.

Bottom line…There will always be women looking for the women-centered coaching business handling the issues they have that you are addressing in your coaching business. Keep reaching out and let them know you are ready to help them.
